Phuket Bike Week 2025 Wrap-Up: Chrome, Culture & Community at Naka Market

Phuket roared back to life this April as Phuket Bike Week 2025 rolled into the island — not in Patong this year, but at the bustling Naka Market grounds near Central Festival. This bold new venue offered more space, easier access, and a fresh vibe for one of Southeast Asia’s most legendary motorcycle gatherings.

Held over April 12–13, the event coincided with Songkran, blending biker culture with Thailand’s New Year energy — and a little water, of course.

🏍️ A New Location, Same Loud Legacy

This year’s venue at Naka Weekend Market in Wichit offered more parking, open-air staging, and safe exhibition zones — a big upgrade in terms of logistics and layout.

The festival grounds included:

  • 💀 Custom bike zones
  • 🎸 Live rock and Thai indie performances
  • 🛍️ Vendor stalls for gear, patches, parts, and more
  • 🧑‍🍳 Local food trucks and Thai street food lanes
  • 🏁 Ride-in zones and vintage show areas

🤝 Bikers, Builders & Brotherhood

More than 5,000 bikers gathered this year — a slightly smaller crowd than Patong’s editions, but tighter-knit, more community-driven, and less commercial.

Attendees included:

  • 🇹🇭 Thai motorcycle clubs from all regions
  • 🇲🇾 Malaysian and Singaporean riders who cruised in via Satun and Hatyai
  • 🏴‍☠️ Female-led biker groups — growing stronger each year
  • 🎒 Tourists and local expats drawn in by the sound of engines and smell of BBQ

🛣️ What’s Next for Phuket Bike Week?

The move to Naka Market was a big shift — and it paid off. More room, better traffic flow, and easier access for central Phuket residents and expats. Expect even bigger shows and a possible return to dual locations (Patong + Town) in 2026.
